The Casa CAS6013Z is a 60cm induction cooktop with three zones, each with a Boost setting for fast heating. The large Ø280mm, 2200W zone on the right (2600W Boost) suits big pots and pans, with a 1600W zone at the front left and a 1200W zone at the rear left.
A touch slider sets nine power levels on each zone, and every zone has its own timer of up to 99 minutes. Pan detection shows when a pan is unsuitable, and the cooktop goes on standby after one minute if a small item such as a knife or fork is left on a zone.
The key lock prevents unintended use, and the residual heat indicator shows "H" while a zone is still hot. The cooktop has no plug and must be hard-wired by a licensed electrician on a dedicated 32A circuit (220–240V).
